Welcome to Deliverease (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a multi-vendor platform designed to connect buyers and sellers locally and globally. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you (“user,” “buyer,” or “vendor”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Buyer: Any user who purchases products or services via the Platform.
Vendor/Seller: Any individual or business that lists, sells, or delivers goods/services through the Platform.
Orders: Purchases made by buyers through Deliverease.
Services: The tools and technology Deliverease provides for browsing, purchasing, selling, and tracking orders.
Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Deliverease acts solely as an intermediary between buyers and vendors. We do not own or control the products listed on the Platform. Vendors are fully responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, delivery, and compliance with applicable laws. Buyers acknowledge that Deliverease is not the seller of record.
When a buyer places an order, the vendor is solely responsible for fulfilling and delivering it. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on vendor location, courier availability, customs clearance, and other factors. Buyers will be able to track orders through the Platform.
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways integrated with the Platform. Buyers agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout. Vendors agree that Deliverease may deduct commissions, transaction fees, or other service charges from payouts.
Buyers may request refunds or cancellations in accordance with Deliverease’s Refund Policy. Vendors are required to honor approved refund requests. Deliverease reserves the right to mediate disputes, but final responsibility for product quality and delivery rests with the vendor.
Vendors must:
Provide accurate product listings, prices, and shipping details.
Comply with all applicable laws, including import/export and consumer protection regulations.
Avoid listing counterfeit, illegal, or restricted products.
Handle customer complaints in good faith.
Buyers agree to:
Provide accurate shipping and contact information.
Ensure compliance with local customs and tax regulations for imported goods.
Not misuse the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
Users may not use the Platform to:
Post false, misleading, or harmful content.
Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Platform’s systems.
Deliverease provides the Platform on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free service, or that all products will meet buyers’ expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deliverease is not liable for lost profits, data, or indirect damages.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the Platform remain the property of Deliverease or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, or exploit the Platform’s content without written consent.
We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices.
Deliverease reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or harm the Platform or its users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall first be attempted through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kenya.
